Project Pipeline

LocalCode Kansas City is developing a pipeline of mixed use projects on Kansas City’s Eastside. Site selection is driven by LCKC’s unique approach to development. LCKC identifies a local leader with trusted relationships within the community in question to become the project manager. Sites are prioritized based on how they might contribute to building capacity within Eastside communities to improve their lives.
